01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" The 77jli website accessible at 77jli.cam, including all games, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" The individual registered account opened by a Player on the 77jli Platform, through which the Player accesses games and conducts financial transactions.
• "Player" / "User" Any natural person who has registered an account on the 77jli Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements.

02 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the Player and 77jli. 2.4 If you access the 77jli Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" throughout these Terms shall apply accordingly.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. The 77jli Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is imposed by Philippine PAGCOR regulatory guidelines governing casino-style online gaming. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.

3.2 Identity Verification. 77jli reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to any compliance or regulatory inquiry. Acceptable documents include Philippine government-issued identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or equivalent). 3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players residing in jurisdictions where online casino gaming is prohibited or requires a local license not held by 77jli are not eligible to use the Platform. 3.4 Mental Capacity. By registering, you represent that you are of sound mind and are acting under your own free will. You are not registering under any form of undue influence, coercion, or incapacity.

04 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 77jli Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77jli reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must promptly update their account information if any details change. 77jli is not liable for any loss or issue arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive account communications at a registered but inactive contact address.

4.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party. Any transaction, bet, or activity conducted through a Player's account while their credentials are in use shall be the Player's sole responsibility, regardless of whether the Player authorized that activity. Players must notify 77jli immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their account.

4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, and at any point during a Player's engagement with the Platform, 77jli may require the Player to complete KYC verification. Verification may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. 77jli reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4.5 Account Name Matching. The name registered on a Player's 77jli account must exactly match the name registered on any GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank account used for deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawals to accounts in a name other than the verified account holder's name will not be processed under any circumstances.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Players may fund their 77jli account using the payment methods currently supported by the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Supported payment methods and their respective minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. 77jli does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits, though a Player's payment provider may impose their own fees for which 77jli bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by 77jli's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited immediately. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the Player's bank and the time of submission. 77jli accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

5.2 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests from the cashier section of their 77jli account at any time. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to withdrawal processing.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited before a withdrawal is approved.
• The destination account (GCash, PayMaya, or bank account) must be registered in the same name as the 77jli account.

5.3 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Players must not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their payment provider in respect of legitimate deposits made to 77jli. Any Player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the full value of the chargeback deducted from any available balance. 77jli reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses arising from fraudulent chargeback activity through all available legal channels.

06 Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 77jli are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms provide the general framework; individual promotion terms may impose additional restrictions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should note that different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute less than slot games).

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 77jli employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to manipulate promotional mechanics, and exploiting technical errors or software faults to generate artificial winnings. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

6.4 Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value independent of their wagering requirements.

6.5 77jli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by the discontinuation of the associated promotion.

07 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the 77jli Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification confirms that game outcomes are genuinely random and that neither 77jli nor any third party can manipulate results.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 77jli Platform:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point during registration or KYC verification;
2. Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
3. Using the Platform if under 21 years of age or if residing in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;

11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77jli's total aggregate liability to any Player for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 77jli accepts no liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77jli's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 77jli's collection, use, and protection of Player personal information is governed by the 77jli Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

12.2 By using the Platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.

If good-faith negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.4 Nothing in this section affects any rights a Player may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.
